Terms of Service

1. Services Provided

UniqueTreasure provides the following digital services to schools:

• School Website Design & Development
• Student & Staff I-Card Generation System
• Report Card Generation System
• Complete School ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) Software
• Fee Management, Attendance, and other school management modules

2. Account & Access

Each school is provided with a unique login account. You are responsible for:

• Keeping your login credentials confidential
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Ensuring only authorized staff access the system

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that show signs of unauthorized use, abuse, or violation of these terms.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Share login credentials with unauthorized persons
• Attempt to access other schools' data
• Upload malicious files or attempt to compromise system security
• Resell or sublicense access to the service without written permission
• Use the service to store or share inappropriate content involving minors

4. Payment Terms

• Prices are quoted individually based on school size and requirements
• Payment is required before service activation unless otherwise agreed
• Annual plans are billed yearly and non-refundable after 7 days (see Refund Policy)
• We reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment after 7 days' notice
• Prices may change with 30 days' notice for renewals

5. Data Ownership

You own your data. All student records, fee data, attendance records, and other information entered by your school remains your property. We act only as a data processor on your behalf.

We will never sell, share, or use your school's data for any purpose other than providing the agreed service.

6. Service Availability

We aim for 99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be notified 24 hours in advance. We are not liable for losses caused by service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.

7. Intellectual Property

• UniqueTreasure software, designs, and systems remain our intellectual property
• Your school's data, logo, and content remain your intellectual property
• You grant us a limited license to use your content solely to provide the service

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, UniqueTreasure shall not be liable for:

• Loss of data due to improper use or user error
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Any amount exceeding the total fees paid by you in the last 3 months

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days' written notice. Upon termination:

• You will receive a full data export within 7 days of request
• Your account will be deactivated at the end of the notice period
• Data will be permanently deleted within 90 days of termination

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India.
