๐ก We believe in fair dealings. If you are not satisfied with our service, we want to make it right. Please contact us first โ most issues can be resolved quickly.
All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to uniquetreasurein@gmail.com or WhatsApp to +91 9889373813. Refunds are processed within 7โ14 working days to the original payment method.
Full refund if cancelled before design work begins. 50% refund if design has been shared but not approved. No refund once website is live and approved by school.
Full refund if cancelled within 7 days and no cards/reports have been generated. No refund once bulk generation has been completed and delivered.
Full refund if cancelled within 7 days of initial setup. After 7 days, no refund for annual subscriptions. However, you may continue using the service until the end of the paid period.
Fee payments made by parents/students through the ERP system are subject to the individual school's refund policy. UniqueTreasure is not responsible for school-collected fees. Contact your school directly for fee refunds.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future billing but does not trigger a refund for the current period. Your service remains active until the end of the paid period.
