What is UniqueTreasure? +

UniqueTreasure is a complete school technology solutions provider based in Lucknow, India. We offer school websites, student I-Card generation, report card systems, and a full School ERP (management system) covering admissions, attendance, fees, salary, parent portal, and more.

Which countries do you serve? +

We serve schools across India, UAE/Dubai, Saudi Arabia, UK, USA, Kenya, Nigeria, and more. Our ERP works for any school anywhere — it's fully web-based and accessible from any device.

How quickly can you set up our school? +

Most schools are set up within 24–48 hours of payment. The ERP system is cloud-based, so there's nothing to install. We handle all the setup and provide training.

Do I need any technical knowledge? +

No technical knowledge required. Our system is designed to be used by school clerks, teachers, and principals — anyone who can use a smartphone or computer can use it easily.

Is there a free trial? +

We offer a free demo where we show you the complete system live. Contact us via WhatsApp or fill the enquiry form to schedule your demo.

School ERP
What does the School ERP include? +

Our ERP includes: Student Admission, Attendance, I-Cards (with QR code), Report Cards, TC & Bonafide Certificates, Fee Management with receipts, Staff Salary & Payroll, Expenditure tracking, Parent Portal, Manager Analytics, Teacher Portal, and Data Backup.

What plans are available for ERP? +

We offer 4 ERP plans: Starter (Attendance + I-Card), Academic (+ Report Cards + TC + Teacher Portal), Finance (+ Fees + Clerk Portal + Parent Portal), and Complete (everything including Salary, Manager Portal, Online Payment).

Can parents access student information? +

Yes! Our Finance and Complete plans include a Parent Portal where parents can log in using the student's admission number and default password to view attendance, fees, report cards, and pay fees online.

Does it support online fee payment? +

Yes, the Complete plan supports online fee collection via Razorpay — accepting UPI, credit/debit cards, and net banking. Parents can pay directly from the Parent Portal.

Can multiple staff use the system simultaneously? +

Yes. The system supports multiple concurrent users — School Admin, Clerk, Teachers, Manager, and Parents can all use it at the same time from different devices.

Is the data secure? +

Yes. All data is encrypted, stored on secure servers in India, and each school's data is completely isolated from other schools. We implement password hashing, SSL encryption, and regular backups.

Can I export my data? +

Yes. The Manager Portal includes a Backup feature that lets you download all student records, fee payments, staff data, and attendance as CSV files at any time.

Website & I-Cards
What does the school website include? +

A 5-page professional website: Home page with school intro and stats, About Us (vision, mission, faculty), Photo Gallery, Online Admissions Enquiry Form, and Contact page with Google Map.

How long does it take to build the website? +

Usually 3–5 working days after we receive all your content (school logo, photos, information). We've delivered complete websites in as little as 72 hours.

Can I update the website myself? +

We build websites on easy-to-update platforms. Alternatively, you can request changes from us — minor updates are included free for the first 3–6 months.

What information do I need for I-Cards? +

For I-Cards, we need: student photos, names, class, roll numbers, admission numbers, and your school logo/branding. We can also include QR codes, blood group, emergency contact, etc.

Can I print I-Cards myself? +

Yes. Our system generates print-ready PDFs for individual cards or in bulk. You can print them on any standard printer or send to a professional printing shop.

Billing & Support
How much does it cost? +

Pricing depends on your school size and which plan you choose. We offer honest, affordable pricing with no hidden charges. Contact us for a custom quote.

What payment methods do you accept? +

We accept Bank Transfer (NEFT/IMPS), UPI, and online card payment. For international clients, we accept wire transfer.

What happens when my plan expires? +

We send renewal reminders 30 days before expiry. If not renewed, the system goes into read-only mode — you can still view data but not add new records. We keep your data safe for 90 days.

Is support included? +

Yes! All plans include WhatsApp and email support. We typically respond within 2–4 hours during business hours (Mon–Sat, 9am–8pm IST).

Can I upgrade my plan later? +

Absolutely. You can upgrade from Starter to Academic, Finance, or Complete at any time. You'll only pay the difference for the remaining subscription period.
