From Schools (Clients)
- School name, address, and contact details
- Principal and administrator names and email addresses
- School logo and branding assets
- Login credentials for ERP system access
- Payment and billing information
From Students & Staff (via School ERP)
- Name, date of birth, gender, and contact details
- Photographs for I-Cards and records
- Academic records (marks, attendance, grades)
- Fee payment records
- Guardian/parent contact information
From Website Visitors
- Name, email, phone number submitted via enquiry forms
- IP address and browser information (automatically collected)
- Pages visited and time spent on our website
3. How We Use Your Information
- To provide and operate our school management services
- To respond to enquiries and provide customer support
- To generate I-Cards, report cards, and other school documents
- To process fee payments and maintain financial records
- To send service updates, renewal reminders, and important notices
- To improve our products and services

All data is stored on secure servers hosted in India. We implement industry-standard security measures including:

- School data is isolated — each school can only access their own data

- With your school: Data entered by staff is accessible to authorized school administrators
- Payment processors: For online fee payments (Razorpay), subject to their privacy policy
- Legal compliance: If required by law or court order
- Service providers: Hosting and technical support partners who are bound by confidentiality agreements
6. Student & Child Data
We take extra care with student data, especially for minors. Student personal information is:
- Only accessible to authorized school staff and the student's own parent (via Parent Portal)
- Never used for advertising or marketing purposes
- Not shared with any third party without explicit school authorization
- Retained only for the duration of the service agreement
7. Cookies
Our website uses essential cookies to maintain login sessions. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser, but this may affect login functionality in the ERP system.
8. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your school has an active account with us. Upon termination of services, we will:
- Provide you with a complete data export (CSV format) on request
- Permanently delete all school data within 90 days of account closure
- Retain financial records for 7 years as required by Indian tax law

You have the right to:
- Access: Request a copy of all data we hold about your school
- Correction: Update or correct any inaccurate information
- Deletion: Request deletion of your account and data
- Export: Download your data in CSV format at any time via the Backup feature
- Opt-out: Unsubscribe from non-essential communications
